Industrial Washing

To operate the parts' washing we have on disposal two different plants: one is used to process parts having small dimensions and mainly for materials such as copper, brass, aluminum, bronze which foresee the use of special liquids' mixture according to any material to be washed and any Customer's need. The second plant is used to wash parts having bigger dimensions, especially those ones made of iron and stainless steel; to process these washing operations some powder mixture are used since they are more suitable to achieve optimal cleaning.

At the end of these two processes a further polishing operation can be carried out on the finished parts using a huge vibrating device inside which we put together the fasteners and a vegetal substance-based powder: applying this procedure we are able to guarantee on the products' surface extreme cleanliness and shininess.
