It happened that over the years the market required more and more severe quality standards asking their suppliers to equip themselves to respond in the best possible way. We met immediately this challenge introducing new machineries to qualify ourselves as an excellent quality producer.
Two Methodologies for Accurate Controlling
Referring to the sorting of fasteners we are able to apply two different methodologies. Actually, we do have the possibility to use various roller sorting machines that allow us to separate any possible contaminant from the required production lot; alternatively, we employ automatic sorting machines having digital cameras to detect possible anomalies of any by the Customer required characteristic. These machines are equipped with two cameras, a vertical and a horizontal one, that do check accurately any cold forged product.
After this first step we are able to control also imprints and grooves on special screws using a shaped pad that getting in contact with the screw's groove it detects the groove's geometrical characteristics and its depth.
