A complete and efficient department is located at Sater where the whole equipment being used on our cold forging machines gets managed.
In-house Designed and Realized Equipment
As first step any single component being part of the cold forging equipment gets designed and drawn by our Technical Office. After having realized the drawings we proceed with the actual manufacture of the tooling. Thanks to the possibility to make the tooling in-house we can modify, even during the sampling phase of a new product, the same tooling at an early stage reducing so significantly any production lead time of a new product.
In case of an already consolidated production any broken tool can be restored in this department.
